In mailings in the label diagram look for the Avery label number in options.

This is NOT a template from Avery. By reputation, those templates do not make anything better but are harder to use than the built-in options.

Click on Labels in the Start Mail Merge dropdown and the Label Options dialog will appear

From the Label vendors dropdown, select either Avery A4/A5 or Avery Letter, depending upon your location and then select the Product number for the labels that you want to use from the list below. Note that the list is sorted as Text so it is not in a strictly numeric order. For example 8660 appears after 85783.

Thank you, but I wanted to use the Avery template for Christmas labels.

I was able to find the Avery label size itself, but wanted to use the more decorative labels for my Christmas cards.

Thank you, I was able to set up my labels in regular format just fine, but I wanted to use the decorated Christmas label format for my Christmas card labels. I ended up just making plain ones in green ink!

I suspect that then you are going to have to save the template as a primary merge document, and insert the merge fields into that.

EXCEPT for at the end of the last label on the page.

The normal place for the «Next Record» field is BEFORE the first mergefield on each of the labels EXCEPT for the first one on the sheet.
